Staff House Amsterdam was founded in 2014 by Daan Bonsen to centralize all HR, Finance and other Back Office activities for all his business and is continuously evolving. With 7 businesses and 170 Staffies, we always try to offer the best employment conditions and career opportunities, making us the nicest catering family in Amsterdam and the surrounding area. Our HQ is located at Archangelkade 6C in Amsterdam.
The Academy
With the Staff House Academy we strengthen the position of our hospitality group in the Amsterdam market. The Staff House Academy ensures a consistent and high-quality experience for our guests, while also providing opportunities for individual growth and development of our employees.
The Staff House Academy is a long-cherished wish of Daan and Anique and after a one-year trial period, it will go completely LIVE from 2024.
During the year, the Academy will organize all kinds of courses, training, workshops and trips throughout Amsterdam.
We offer standard basic training courses every quarter. These are mandatory to follow at least once per job level. In this way we guarantee the level of service and knowledge on the floor and we strengthen company managers in training their new employees.
As a follow-up to the basic training, we offer a varied range of follow-up training.

By keeping them informed of the latest trends & developments within the industry through workshops, seminars and master classes, we stimulate solidarity, job satisfaction and contribute to the working atmosphere.
